Magnitude

Reference from the original Physics I textbook.

Magnitude

The magnitude of a vector is its nonnegative length. For a scalar x, its magnitude is |x|. For Cartesian vector components, |A⃗| = √(Aₓ² + Aᵧ² + A_z²).

Example: x→=3iˆ+4jˆ

|x→|=32+42=9+16=25=5
